New Patients

We’re so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and we want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a space for growth, healing, and clarity.

We understand that finding the right therapist—and making it work financially—can feel like a challenge. To help make therapy more accessible, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance and also offer a sliding scale for those paying out of pocket.

For those who do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance, we offer a sliding scale to make therapy more affordable. This means you can pay based on your income and financial situation, ensuring therapy is within reach, regardless of your budget.

Additionally, even if you don’t have BCBS, you may still be able to use your out-of-network insurance benefits to receive partial reimbursement for your sessions. We can provide you with a superbill (a detailed invoice with the necessary information) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

It’s important to me that new patients feel supported throughout this process. If you have questions or concerns about payments, insurance, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to help guide you through this and make sure you feel comfortable with the next steps.
